Job Description
Job SummaryAs the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of our production, logistics, and personnel management processes. Your strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and maintaining our position as an industry leader. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and direct the operations of the company, including production, logistics, and personnel management- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness- Manage and motivate a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and the achievement of organizational goals- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior-level operations management role, preferably in the utility infrastructure or manufacturing industry- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels- Proficient in data analysis and performance management Working ConditionsThis position is primarily based in an office environment, with minimal physical demands. The work schedule is full-time, and occasional travel may be required.
