Position OverviewA growing manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and cleanliness of the production facility and surrounding operations areas. This role will focus on general facility maintenance, preventative upkeep, and ensuring production areas remain clean, organized, and operating efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial maintenance, facilities, janitorial maintenance, or manufacturing support experience looking for a flexible part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Replace and maintain facility air filters and ventilation components
- Ensure production lines and work areas remain clean and operational
- Perform routine facility inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Assist with general upkeep of the manufacturing facility
- Support maintenance team with light repairs and facility-related tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout production areas
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Previous facility maintenance, janitorial maintenance, industrial cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and production lines
- Someone dependable and self-motivated
- Candidates comfortable with hands-on facility upkeep work
- Individuals who take pride in keeping work environments clean and running smoothly
- Team players with a strong safety mindset
- Approximately 24 hours per week
- Flexible schedule to be discussed during interview process
- Potential for 1st or 2nd shift hours
- Starting pay: $23.15/hour
