Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Picker Associates to join our team on the 5am shift. This role is essential in ensuring that our distribution center operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of products to our stores and customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established guidelines. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products. Conduct regular inventory checks and help maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages. Follow all quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals. Communicate effectively and support a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is needed.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and basic computer skills. Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
