Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 1st ShiftLocation: Oklahoma City, OK
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay:$15.00


Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift supports daily warehouse and distribution operations by accurately fulfilling orders, handling inventory, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using pick tickets or RF scanners
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, and condition for accuracy
  • Receive, sort, and store inventory according to warehouse procedures
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
  • Inspect products for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Required Qualifications 
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience required
  • Experience with order pulling, packing, labeling, or inventory handling
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for early morning shifts
  • Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule & Availability Requirements
  • Must be available to work 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts consistently
  • Must be open to overtime as needed
Work Environment
  • Warehouse/distribution center setting
  • Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout shift
  • Temperature may vary by department
