Job Description
Position SummaryThe Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires technical expertise, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities• Perform service calls, repairs, and installations for water, sewer, and gas systems• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide accurate, upfront pricing to customers• Install and repair fixtures, water heaters, piping, and drainage systems• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and team members• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site• Complete job documentation and collect payment as needed• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service as required
