Job Description
Job Title: Press Brake Operator Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to specifications. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, safety, and production efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machines according to work orders and blueprintsRead and interpret engineering drawings, bend charts, and job specificationsSelect appropriate tooling and perform machine adjustmentsInspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metPerform basic machine maintenance and report issues as neededMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesWork collaboratively with production and fabrication teams
Qualifications:Previous press brake operation experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyDependable and safety-consciousAbility to lift materials and stand for extended periods
