This position is responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and supporting general facility maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Experience with facility maintenance is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and potential failures to minimize downtime.
- Lubricate, clean, adjust, and replace machine components as required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Support facility maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and building repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and report deficiencies.
- Assist with equipment installations, moves, and upgrades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Facility maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to use ladders and work at varying heights when required.
