Job Description
? $15.00/hrPosition OverviewWe are hiring a Printing Press Operator for the night shift to support production operations. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining printing press equipment to ensure high-quality printed materials are produced efficiently and safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications
- Monitor print quality, alignment, color, and consistency throughout production
- Load paper, ink, and other materials required for each print run
- Inspect printed materials and make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards
- Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor troubleshooting
- Assist with machine calibration and ink mixing as required
- Accurately document production counts, downtime, and equipment issues
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and shift goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous printing press or machine operator experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working overnight shifts in a production environment
? Wednesday – Friday | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AMPhysical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Manual dexterity to operate machinery and tools
- Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment with exposure to printing materials
- Manufacturing/printing facility
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and production materials
