Job Description

Production Operator TechnicianPay:  $24/hour  Shift Differential $2/hourSchedule: 12 hour shifts on a 4/3 rotation (Days or Nights)Hours: 6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am
Summary:Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and labeling, with a focus on safety and quality standards. 
Key Responsibilities:Previous batch-making or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.Understanding and operating automated systems and processes is preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings/blueprints, and familiarity with measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers).Meet production goals with little supervision.  Produce quality product that meets customer specificationsMaintain accurate production logsAbility to follow given instructions and proceduresAbility to multitaskAbility to work alone or as a team memberWillingly accepts and performs special assignmentsAccepts and performs other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor Requirements:High school diplomaProficient with Microsoft or ERP SystemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Forklift experience is a MUST
