Production Supervisor
Job Description
This position will be over the Assembly and Shipping/Paint areas of the manufacturing operations. Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience, working in a union environment a plus, must have strong computer skills (MS Office, working in business system running reports and building KPI’s with data). Able to team build and manage employees using a servant leadership style. This is day shift, so hours would be as early as 6am to as late as 4:30am. This position does receive straight overtime pay.
