Job Description

Production Technician – 3rd Shift (10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)Pay: $14.50/hr and up DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Temp-to-Hire OpportunityWe are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This position is responsible for packing finished products, operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a clean, safe production environment throughout the overnight shift.Responsibilities
  • Review and understand daily production requirements
  • Record production results on communication and tracking boards
  • Operate machinery such as mills, extruders, and ovens safely and efficiently
  • Pack finished materials into correct boxes and apply proper labeling
  • Stack completed products onto pallets in an organized, secure manner
  • Troubleshoot basic workflow issues to keep production running smoothly
  • Ensure correct measurements, formulations, and weighings
  • Conduct frequent quality checks using visual inspection, AIMS, QMS, and measuring tools
  • Report equipment or material concerns to management immediately
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace throughout the shift
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Basic math and writing abilities
  • Basic computer input skills for quality and documentation
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an entire shift
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment with required PPE
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability, especially during overnight hours
