Quality Control Entry Level,
If you would like to work for a family-owned manufacturing company with an amazing culture this is the place for you. We are looking for someone with two years of related in quality control. This is a great opportunity for a welder who would rather inspect welds. We would like you to have knowledge of material specifications ASTM & ASME along with knowledge of welding specifications AWS & ASME.
Job Summary:
The Quality Control will follow direction of QC Inspector, inspect, give positive feedback, and assist QC Inspector evaluate a program to ensure the organization’s production operations, from raw materials to finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
Facilitates communication among production divisions and management.
Assesses test results and approves recommended changes.
Conducts inspections and quality control checks.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
The ability to maneuver in a shop or yard assembly environment. Extensive walking and standing, climbing on ladders, scaffolding, crouching, twisting, and stooping are often encountered
