Job Description
Purpose of Position: The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining our commitment to excellence by ensuring all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet or exceed established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and supports our continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•
Interpret and validate engineering drawings and product specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
•
Conduct inspections and testing on raw materials, in-progress work, and final products using precision measuring instruments.
•
Perform first article inspections, in-process checks, and final audits to ensure quality control.
•
Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, rejections, and corrective actions.
•
Complete reports on non-conforming products and input data into quality management systems.
•
Communicate inspection findings and quality concerns to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
•
Partner with engineers and production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
•
Ensure all inspection activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
•
Adhere to safety protocols, maintain an organized environment, and report safety concerns.
•
Support internal and external audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or equivalent.
•
2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing environment preferred
•
Technical certification in quality control or related field is a plus.

•
Attention to Detail – Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in assembling kits and verifying components quantities
•
Analytical Thinking – Ability to identify patterns, analyze data, and solve quality-related problems.
•
Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document findings clearly and interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
•
Integrity – maintains objectivity and ethical standards in all quality decisions.
•
Adaptability – Learns new procedures and technologies quickly; adapts to changing priorities and requirements.
•
Teamwork – Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
•
Any mechanical or electrical assembly experience is a plus.
