Quality Control Manager
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for a privately held manufacturing facility in NE Tulsa area. Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a QC Management role. $65k to $75k based on experience and knowledge.Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes, and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
- Proficiency in Inspection Techniques, Testing Methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Fabrication, Machining, Stamping, or Tool & Die
- Solid experience with Documentation and Reporting for quality standards and compliance
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills to train and guide staff effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address quality issues proactively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly beneficial
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and operational efficiency
