Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily inspections using Zeiss CMM equipment
  • Execute manual dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, etc.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications
  • Document inspection results and maintain quality records
  • Support first article inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections
  • Identify nonconformances and communicate findings to production and quality teams
 Required Qualifications
  1. 3+ years Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
  2. Heavy hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM (Calypso preferred)
  • Strong manual measurement skills (this is a daily requirement)
  • Ability to read and apply GD&T
  • Aerospace manufacturing background strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working early shift (6am start) and Friday OT
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior work in tight-tolerance machining environments
  • Technical certificate or related training in Quality or Metrology
