Job Summary:
As a Quality Support Technician Level 3, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our aerospace manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for performing meticulous inspections, utilizing precision measurement tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of quality throughout our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of manufactured components and assemblies using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools
- Identify and document any non-conformances or defects, and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed quality control records and documentation in accordance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel on quality control best practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools, such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and relevant industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field is preferred
Working Conditions:
This position is located in a manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to various physical demands, such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a production environment. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

- Starting pay $20.00/hr (Goes up with experience)
- 1st Shift – 8:00 to 4:30 p.m.—Monday through Friday
