Receiving/Quality Control
Location:Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Summary
As a Receiving/Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our warehouse and distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing quality control checks to ensure the integrity of our clients' products.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for any damage or discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and store inventory
- Maintain organized and well-stocked storage areas, following established procedures and protocols
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products, documenting findings and addressing any issues
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Assist with other warehouse and distribution tasks as needed, such as packing, labeling, and order picking
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a shipping/receiving, stock clerk, or warehouse role
- Proficient in operating sit down and stand up forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and inventory management practices
Working Conditions
This position is based in our warehouse facility and may involve exposure to various environmental conditions, including temperature extremes, noise, and dust. The work requires standing for extended periods, lifting and moving heavy objects, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
