Job Title: Recruiter (with KRONOS Experience)Location: South OKC

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of roles while ensuring alignment with workforce scheduling and labor management processes.Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of roles while ensuring alignment with workforce scheduling and labor management processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Leverage KRONOS to analyze workforce data, identify staffing gaps, and align recruitment with labor forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment and hiring process.
- Maintained accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring data using ATS and KRONOS systems.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in KRONOS (Workforce Central or Dimensions preferred), especially for scheduling and workforce analytics.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience recruiting in [industry-specific setting like healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc.].
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
