Pay: $18.50 per hourJob description:Looking for a Hands-On Career with Steady Hours and Great Benefits?We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy building, creating, and working as part of a team. If you're comfortable using tools, enjoy physical work, and want a stable Monday–Friday schedule, this could be the opportunity for you.What You'll DoAs a Reel Builder / Production Associate, you'll help build and prepare products for shipment while supporting our manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:
Every other weekend requiredWhat We're Looking For
- Build and assemble shipping reels up to 15 feet in height
- Assist with reeling and packaging manufactured plastic products
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Cut and prepare materials for production as needed
- Inspect reels and products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
Every other weekend requiredWhat We're Looking For
- Experience using hand and power tools preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and a positive work history
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
