Job Summary:
As a Robotic Welder, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality components for our air cooling systems and appliances. Your expertise in robotic, MIG, and flux-core welding will be essential in ensuring the precision and consistency of our products. Will be required to take a 2G Single bevel plate test with a Mig stringer and Fluxcore Fill & CapÂ
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate robotic welding equipment to perform MIG and flux-core welding on various metal components
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any quality or efficiency issues
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in robotic, MIG, and flux-core welding
- Technical training or certifications in welding or robotics
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Working Conditions:
This position involves working in a manufacturing setting, with exposure to welding fumes, noise, and potential physical demands. A flexible schedule may be required to meet production needs.
