The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within government or institutional sectors, and be comfortable working in a regulated and security-conscious environment.Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, especially within government or institutional sectors, and be comfortable working in a regulated and security-conscious environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within correctional institutions (jails, prisons, detention centers).
- Conduct onsite visits to facilities and build relationships with decision-makers including wardens, facility managers, and procurement officers.
- Present tailored communication solutions including payphones, calling plans, and integrated inmate management systems.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through closing and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure successful installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare proposals, and deliver regular activity reports.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, bidding processes, and relevant compliance standards.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, security, or institutional services.
- Experience selling to government entities or correctional facilities a strong plus.
- Ability to travel extensively within a regional territory (overnight travel may be required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
