Shipping Associate – Piece Pick (11:00 AM – 7:45 PM)

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, consolidated, and prepared for shipment. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, consolidated, and prepared for shipment. This is a physically active position that requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items using an RF scanner (previous experience preferred).
- Perform general warehouse duties including material handling and order fulfillment.
- Consolidate pallets efficiently for outbound shipments.
- Identify and resolve basic issues or discrepancies in order picking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Lift up to 45 lbs as needed throughout the shift.
- Remain on your feet and physically active for the full duration of your shift.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and prolonged standing.
