Position: Transformer Winder – 3rd Shift
Pay: $18–$20/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule:
We are seeking mechanically inclined candidates for a 3rd shift Transformer Winder role in a manufacturing facility that specializes in custom-built equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent full-time hours and long-term growth for individuals with strong machine operation or production experience.Key Responsibilities:
Pay: $18–$20/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule:
- Sunday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Friday (as needed): 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
We are seeking mechanically inclined candidates for a 3rd shift Transformer Winder role in a manufacturing facility that specializes in custom-built equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent full-time hours and long-term growth for individuals with strong machine operation or production experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate winding equipment to coil wire or conductors around transformer cores
- Read work orders and blueprints to determine specifications and setup
- Use measurement tools and gauges to ensure precision and consistency
- Perform minor machine adjustments to maintain proper alignment and tension
- Maintain clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards
- Assist in other production tasks as needed (assembly, material handling, etc.)
- Prior experience in machine operation, winding, or industrial manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions or schematics
- Strong attention to detail and safety-minded work habits
- Must be able to work 3rd shift schedule, including Sunday overnights
- Machine Operation, CNC, or coil winding backgrounds
- Electrical component or transformer manufacturing experience
- High mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment
