Job Description

Summary of Position: This is responsible for all aspects of the screen-printing process. Assisting with items such as settings screens, laying shirts and other merchandise, and doing our Quality Control check at the end of the process to ensure our products are in peak condition for our customers.   Essential Functions: •    Removes printed and cured products from the conveyor belt    •    Stacks and folds the pieces until a bundle is produced •    Responsible for packaging and counting products for shipping purposes •    Keeps accurate records for inventory purposes •    Assists others in the department when needed •    Operates a pallet-jack and two-wheeler •     Maintain a safe and clean work environment   Competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities):   •    Basic reading, writing, and math skills   •    Basic computer skills •    Possess a working knowledge of the chemicals used and their proper handling procedures •    Ability to operate pallet-jack and two-wheeler •    Detail oriented     Work environment: Warehouse environment •    Activities working around moving machinery •    Exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity •    Exposure to light dust, chemicals, and fumes.   Physical Demands: •    Ability to distinguish colors •    Standing or walking – 100% daily •    Ability to lift to 45 lbs. with assistance •    Visual acuity (20/40 – correctable by glasses/contacts) •    grasping and fine manipulations with hands •    Reaching, squatting, climbing, pushing, pulling   Required Education and Experience: •    High school diploma or GED required   Preferred Education and Experience:   •    Previous silkscreen experience preferred   Temp to hire opportunity with a Global leading company in its field $14.00 to start
