Job Description
This job would lean more toward the Entry Level than someone with tons of experience. They would need a desire to learn new skills in the electrical field, and have the work ethics to become a valuable long term employee. They will need to be mechanically inclined and able to utilize hand tools and small shop tools on a daily basis. This person will need to know / be able to learn tasks such thru-hole soldering and basic wiring skills. They should be able to recognize basic electronic components. They will be responsible for assembling cabinet hardware that our electronics / computers are later built into. There will also be many manual labor type tasks involved with the production of our products. Physical needs include standing, squatting, kneeling and bending for extended times as well as lifting 30lbs and more with assistance. This job is a temp-to-hire full-time position. Individuals must be able to work 40 hours per week. Typical hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Once hired full time, benefits will include paid major holidays, sick leave, and vacation time. Mid-year and year-end bonus are also paid according to your performance and the performance of the company as a whole. We can start them at $18 / hr.
