Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 2nd ShiftLocation: Oklahoma City, OK
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $15.00
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate order fulfillment, inventory handling, and quality control. This role requires previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Core Responsibilities 
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using pick tickets or RF scanners
  • Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition before shipment
  • Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory according to warehouse procedures
  • Perform basic inventory tasks, including stock rotation and cycle counts
  • Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues to supervisors
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks 
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet nightly production goals
Required Qualifications 
  • 1 year of previous warehouse or distribution center experience is required
  • Experience with order pulling, packing, labeling, or inventory handling
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a full shift
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with productivity expectations
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 2nd-shift schedule
  • Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
Schedule & Availability Requirements
  • Must be available to work 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts consistently
  • Must be open to overtime as needed based on business demand
Work Environment
  • Warehouse/distribution center setting
  • Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required
  • Climate may vary by department
