Receiving Specialist
Location: Catoosa, OK

Job Summary
As a Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of incoming shipments and inventory at our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and accurately documenting all incoming goods, ensuring efficient and organized warehouse operations. You will have to be able to complete paperwork manually without an RFD Scanner, and be able to manually add the data into a computer system.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update management systems
- Prepare and process bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documents
- Collaborate with the shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, such as stock replenishment and organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proficient in material control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations
- Skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions
This position is based in our Oklahoma warehouse facility. The work environment is fast-paced and involves standing for extended periods, lifting and moving heavy materials, and the use of warehouse equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a temporary-to-hire position with a target pay rate of $15-$18 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
