Job Description
Mint Operator – 1st Shift ($15/hr)? Oklahoma City, OKWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Mint Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with machinery, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. This role involves working with precision equipment, handling minted products, and following strict metal-free protocols.What You’ll Do
Pay: $15.00/hr
- Weigh Grain: Accurately measure and record grain quantities to ensure consistency and quality.
- Buff & Burnish: Operate polishing and finishing equipment to achieve the desired surface finish on minted products.
- Catch & Inspect: Monitor and catch items as they come off minting machines, preventing loss or damage.
- Reweigh Products: Perform standard reweighing of blanks and finished items to confirm accuracy and specifications.
- Maintain Quality: Ensure all products meet company standards and follow our strict metal-free policy at every stage.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot machinery
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Stand for extended periods
- Perform repetitive, detail-focused tasks with precision
Pay: $15.00/hr
