Job Description
Will train Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the ability to transition to a weekend shift (Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) starting at the end of June. Many team members have found the 3-day workweek to be a great fit. The position starts at $15/hour. Once the weekend shift begins, a $1.50/hour pay differential will apply.
The company is in distribution, mostly merchandise/retail. This position is a combination of warehouse duties. Will be order filling with previous manufacturing, distribution, picking/packing and/or assembly experience. Must be able to read, write and count effectively, to complete fulfillment orders to be able to pack them to quality standards outlined in training. Basic mathematics skills are essential.

- Pick/Pack/Ship/Relabeling/Kitting as needed for individual or customized order fulfillment
- Following all quality assurance and safety standards
- Meeting hourly and daily goals and keeping Supervisor/Manager aware of challenges
- This position is required to work nontraditional hours including scheduled evenings, weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the organization
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function for this position
