Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Warehouse professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse and logistics-related tasks, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of our specialized products. Your expertise in areas such as inventory control, shipping/receiving, material handling, and equipment operation will be crucial to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control and cycle counting activities to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate overhead cranes, forklifts,Combilifts and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and retrieve materials
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing bills of lading and other documentation
- Assist with material control and organization to ensure the efficient flow of products
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including overhead cranes and forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Computer skills for entering products into ERP or Excel
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Working Conditions
This position will be based in our warehouse facility, which operates in a typical industrial setting. The work may involve lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy materials, as well as the use of various warehouse equipment. Adherence to strict safety protocols is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
