Order Puller | Warehouse Associate (Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Downtown Oklahoma City (initially), with future primary location in North Oklahoma CityPay: $15.00/hrShift:
We’re looking for detail-driven, fast-moving warehouse pros who know how to keep it sharp, stay focused, and crush those pick tickets like a champion. As an Order Puller, you’ll be the critical link between inventory and satisfied customers — accuracy, speed, and teamwork are your superpowers here.What You’ll Be Doing:
Location: Downtown Oklahoma City (initially), with future primary location in North Oklahoma CityPay: $15.00/hrShift:
- Current Opening: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks)
- Flexibility required to occasionally travel between Downtown and North OKC locations as needed.
We’re looking for detail-driven, fast-moving warehouse pros who know how to keep it sharp, stay focused, and crush those pick tickets like a champion. As an Order Puller, you’ll be the critical link between inventory and satisfied customers — accuracy, speed, and teamwork are your superpowers here.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Locate and pull products accurately based on pick tickets.
- Verify quantities and product quality before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Prioritize and complete orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counting and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
- Follow all company safety, security, and quality control policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues quickly.
- Previous order pulling or warehouse experience preferred (pick ticket experience is a plus!).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Physical stamina to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse systems is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
