Job Description
SummaryThis position consists of working with both hardware and software to produce high-quality CNC machined parts. Work directly with leads and Ops managers to safely improve operations and efficient use of tools. Primary DutiesInterpret and apply Customer SpecificationsEnter specifications into the CNC machine(s)Monitor safe operation of the machine(s)Follow 5S principles in work areaPerform tasks while following all safety protocolsMaintain and report inventory levels on a weekly basisOther duties as assigned QualificationsAbove average math skillsAttention to detailDemonstrated critical thinkingStrong communication skillsAbility to handle complex machines and tools Minimum Experience and Education High School Diploma or EquivalentCNC certification or minimum 1-3 years’ experience operating waterjets or like equipment Physical RequirementsAbility to be on your feet for multiple hours a dayAbility to lift 40 lbs safely.Job requires walking, carrying, reaching, sitting, standing, use of hands (pushing/pulling)
