Job Summary:
As a Structure Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, using your specialized welding expertise to fabricate and assemble complex structural components and assemblies. Your attention to detail and technical proficiency will be essential in ensuring the integrity and functionality of our custom-built products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Fluxcore, MIG, and Stick welding on structural components and assemblies
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate parts
- Operate a variety of welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Structural Welder preferred
- Proficiency in Fluxcore, MIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position  The work will be performed in our well-equipped manufacturing facility, which may involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, and physically demanding tasks. A flexible schedule, including potential overtime, may be required to meet production demands.
Compensation and Benefits:
