Wire Harness Assembler

Job Number: 24680764 Pay Rate: $20-23 / hour

Job Description

Company located in Tulsa just off Highway 244. Schedule offered is day shift 7am-3:30pm. Position offers a starting pay of $20-$23 per hour depending on experience.
Must have previous experience with wiring harnesses. Must know wiring well along with the layout of wiring harnesses.
Requirements: 
  • Be able to read and follow wiring schematics.
  • Understand basic electrical wiring, how to properly connect wire and the how to select proper types of connectors.  
  • Understand how the harness fits into the overall operation of the engine.
  • Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of material, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble products.
  • Be detailed oriented and able to distinguish colors.
  • Previous experience working with or assembling wiring harnesses preferred.
  • Perform quality work checks to insure product meets quality standards.
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Be a Full-Time employee with excellent attendance.
Qualification/Requirements:
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Mechanical or wiring knowledge required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in diagram form
  • Organizational skills (multi-tasking ability)
  • Experienced using hand-tools
  • Business maturity, a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
  • Must be dependable and conscientious
